Update on services July 2020

Thank you for bearing with us.  We are still not ready to open the surgery fully to patients as we still find ourselves in uncertain times, despite lockdown being slowly lifted by Welsh Government and the number of confirmed cases/deaths decreasing.  Our priority is keeping the Practice Team safe which will allow us to continue to deliver care/services to our patients but also ensure that it is safe for patients to attend the surgery if they have been asked to do by a Doctor/Nurse or Pharmacist.  We will continue to work from Pontyclun…Read more

Contacting us update 3.6.2020

The surgery remains open but we are dealing with queries on the day either over the telephone or video consultation. PLEASE DO NOT COME TO THE SURGERY WITHOUT US…Read more

Covid-19 appointments update 13.3.2020

Our waiting rooms are high risk places to pick up infection, and so in the current climate we want to minimise risks for everybody by utilising phonecalls in order to reduce the number of people who need to come to our surgeries, thereby hopefully protecting us all. For other patients who are acutely unwell and feel they will need emergency assessment, you will need to ring the surgery where we will arrange for a GP/nurse to call you for triage of your problem.  Please do not attend the surgery without being invited, as government advice…Read more
