We have set up a Facebook page which is purely to share information with our Practice population. **FLU VACCINE UPDATE 19.10.2020**

Our clinics are fully booked. This year has been an extremely busy year for us. Our clinics week commencing 19th October are fully booked. We are now booking flu vaccinations for our Under 65 year old in at "at risk" group and Over 65 year olds.   Please speak to us if you are unsure about your eligibility for a free NHS flu vaccine. If you are aged 50-64 years old and not in an "at risk" category we are currently unable to offer you a vaccine as we are awaiting further guidance from Welsh Government. Our supplies are not due until the end of September/beginning of October 2020 and we will not be offering appointments until we have the vaccines in the building (this is to avoid us having to cancel any appointments, should the vaccine delivery is delayed). Update on services July 2020

  Thank you for bearing with us.  We are still not ready to open the surgery fully to patients as we still find ourselves in uncertain times, despite lockdown being slowly lifted by Welsh Government and the number of confirmed cases/deaths decreasing.  Our priority is keeping the Practice Team safe which will allow us to continue to deliver care/services to our patients but also ensure that it is safe for patients to attend the surgery if they have been asked to do by a Doctor/Nurse or Pharmacist.  We will continue to work from Pontyclun…Read more

The surgery remains open but we are dealing with queries on the day either over the telephone or video consultation. You no longer have to ring at 8.15am for a morning consultation and 2pm for an afternoon consultation.  However, we do ask that you ring us as soon as possible.  The receptionist will ask you why you need to speak to a Doctor and for some conditions we may ask you to take a photograph ready to send to Doctor (please wait until you are contacted).
